I apologize to hear about the inconvenience caused. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions to upload the screenshot on this thread. I would also suggest you to uninstall and reinstall AVG Secure VPN and check if that resolves the issue.

Today I have downloaded the free trial of Secure VPN but I have not been able to get it to work. I have read the community posts but there doesn't seem to be an answer that I can try to fix this. I have rebooted VPN as well as the computer but it makes no difference. When I try to run VPN all I get is the little box telling me it is loading but nothing happens. I have take a screen shot of this but can't find how to attach it.

Well I did it again and re-installing worked. I downloaded the program 3 times today the last one worked. Thanks I'll now try the product out.
