Pauline, the program must have logged out of AVG MyAccount. Did you login to the app as requested by Karthikeyan? If you've logged in but the issue persists, I've sent an email containing your activation code. Use that code to activate the product and let us know if you need any further assistance.

The message you receive indicates that AVG Secure VPN you have installed is not activated.
Open AVG Secure VPN, click on "My AVG->My Subscriptions", from here login to your AVG MyAccount to activate the product.

When I try to turn on my AVG VPN, AVG won't let me; asking me if I want a two month trial. When I try to restart my AVG VPN, which is paid up until June 2019, Windows stops it.
