I followed all the steps and they said that they will contact me back after analysing my data .
And no responce until now . I told you before that AVG VPN is not working on my PC or my Android mobile phone also.
Please if it will be like this , you should get my money back because your programe is useless for me .

I request you to share us the screenshot of the error message in AVG Secure VPN interface.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Also, I suggest you to change to different optimal server and monitor if you receive the same message.
When I try to connect by VPN. Long time waiting then I get message:
Error 3.1.2002
Some network problems are preventing secure VPN from connecting.
So please now what to do???
I already did it uninstalling and reinstall . There is no connection in my android phone and also my PC. Tried different servers. I got the same.
Please help.
My AVG vpn is useless for me.
