Could you please let us know from when you started facing this issue?
If you have AVG Secure VPN enabled on your PC, please ensure the below option is enabled.
1) Open the AVG Secure VPN.
2) Click on the Menu > Settings.
3) Turn on the "Enable local device access when using VPN"
Also we suggest you to try changing the DNS and check again: | AVG . (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=troubleshoot-avg-dns&q=dns+change .)
If issue still persists. Please repair AVG Secure VPN using the below steps and check the status.
Please follow the below steps to repair.
1.Press win key+R simultaneously on your keyboard.
2.Enter appwiz.cpl.
3.Please locate AVG Secure VPN.
4.Please double click on it and click on repair.
