In this case, I request you to restart the AVG Secure VPN services and check if your AVG Secure VPN is working without any error.
Please press Windows Logo+R: Run dialog box and type services.msc, look for AVG Secure VPN services, start/restart it's services.

Recently purchased Secure VPN. After working for a few days I now get a message ("Ran into a technical problem". Am unable to successfully use the restart service option.
Checked troubleshooting FAQ's and only option appears to be uninstall and re-install. If I do this will my license remain valid as I have only recently paid for it ????
