VPN secure not working

I understand your concern regarding AVG Secure VPN. Please open AVG Internet Security> click the home button on the top left corner, it will take you to AVG Zen interface. There you can find AVG Secure VPN, click the tile> and refer this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Secure-VPN-FAQ to install and activate AVG Secure VPN.

If you face any difficulties, please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of AVG Interface to check and assist further.

I have paid for a year's subscription to VPN secure. Got the 'confirm email', and when clicked on says ' already registered' ( or similar). 
When I check "MY AVG" the icon is not highlighted and I get messages when using the internet to say I need to use VPN secure.
AVG order number is 11216467972

I am in the same situation. It worked for a while. Now once more, i can't turn it on. It is all a waste of time and money!

I regret for the inconvenience caused. Have you restarted the computer and checked if you are able to turn on AVG Secure VPN. If issue persists, please follow the below steps:

Click Start , click in the Start Search box, type services.msc , and then press ENTER.
In the details pane, right-click the AVG Secure VPN service that you want to configure, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, in Startup type, click Automatic if selected in Manual, Disabled, or Automatic (Delayed Start).
Restart the service of AVG Secure VPN and check if that fix the issue.
