This is the error message I receive when trying to connect: The VPN server did not respond. Verify the server address and try reconnecting. Any suggestion on the 'server address'? I am using the Sao Paulo (Brazil) server. When I try other servers, the error message becomes: Connection Error - VPN connection could not be established. I am using a Mac with Mojave 10.14

Help will be greatly appreciated.
