My family member got an error message stating the activation code can't be used on iOS anymore. Then when I let him use my username and password he received another error message that said there was active subscription for this account, which isn't true because I have a year subscription that ends on January 22, 2024.
Why is this happening and how do I get his device connected to my subscription?
