Also, share us the screenshot of the page that reveals your actual location even with Secure VPN enabled.

VPN says will show a different location but checking location online it shows my real address. So it doesn't work?

Jane, could you try connecting to a different server (location) for VPN and check the status?

I don't want a screenshot online of my actual address. I am using San Francisco location for VPN and https://www.where-am-i.net/ is showing my street address in a different city than SF.
