You may sometimes experience a slower internet connection when using AVG Secure VPN. This is because VPN encrypts traffic and data before sending it to a server. Depending on the distance and capacity of the server, this process may cause a slightly slower, but safer, internet connection.
Hello! In the last month after connecting to VPN my internet runs really slow - few kbps, not able to load a page. After 1 - 2 minutes it runs normally for few minutes, then slow again for 1 - 2 minutes and so on.
Without VPN the internet runs at usual speed.
I tried to change locations, reinstall it, different computer… no result.
I use Windows 7, AVG Secure Browser.
Yes I know. I have used VPN for almost 1 year. What I described is happening in the last weeks only. All the time. One minute works, next minute not, next minute works, next minute not. For example I cant watch videos without interruptions.

It could be an issue with the VPN server that you are connected to.
Please turn off the VPN connection, click 'Change location', and connect to a different location to verify the issue.
