Vpn starts and stops annoyingly just recently very time consuming

Sometimes, this might happen if the server (location) to which you're connected through AVG Secure VPN is unavailable or under maintenance.
You can try restarting your device once & then connect to different servers (locations) to check if it helps.
If issue persists, let us know the operating system of the device in which you're experiencing this issue.
