VPN stopping Outlook working

Hi,

I downloaded AGV VPN on my Mac airlock and since doing so I cannot send or recieve emails on Outlook 2019.

If I turn the VPN off they send.

I have tried changing my location as stated on over treads and it does not help.

Any suggestions please?

We're sorry to know that, Paul. The link contains instructions for troubleshooting issue on Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird & Apple Mail. 
Would you be so kind to check it again & let us know if the instructions under Outlook doesn't help?

Hi

Thanks for the link however I was unable to follow it.

I took my macbook air to the Apple shopfor them to look at and they could not figure it either.
They say I need the link for mac running outlook 2019.

Do you have the information for that?
