Why does my vpn stop outgoing email. I have to turn it off then sometimes forget to turn it back on. Not very secure like that. Does anyone have the answer. AVG tech chat is unavailable

I have the same problem if I attach an Excel or Word file to the email using Outlook (Office 365)
