hi VPN didnt run tell me  you are offline but internet still work 

if i conecter trought normal wifi is ok 

i need to be conected from hotspot from mobile phone ... and this is the problem ... tell me you are offline and dont work .... any reaspons ?

Im not totaly beginer reinstal app its one of first issues what i try some otherers help for me pls ?
