Dear Team
I purchased AVG VPN in December 2019 and changed system from Windows 7 to 10 in March of this year. It has been almost impossible to properly access the internet ever since this change when VPN is switched on. I now see on my version of VPN that Windows 10 is not listed as compatible.
Please can you advise whether I can update to another version and continue my present subscription or do I have to start all over with either a free download or new subscription?
