Win+R (run command) -> services.msc -> Right click on AVG Secure VPN and go to properties -> Make sure 'Automatic' is selected and press 'Apply' and 'Start'
Restart your PC and check if the issue still persist.

I have just changed my internet provider from Talk Talk to Sky. Problem:- VPN when activated shuts down my internet access. Worked perfectly with TalkTalk but with Sky it shuts down my Internet access. So what can be done?
