It looks like the app is awaiting activation using the paid activation code. Upon trying to pull your subscription details using the email address you used to contact us here, I could not find any active paid subscription is registered.

Avg is not recognizing my VPN account. It wants me to purchase it again even though I purchased it for the year. How can I connect them back up?
