VPN will not start–error code JPY668

Thank you contacting AVG Community Forum. I see you are facing issues with error code in VPN. Regarding your concern, I would like to inform you that the error code will appear when there is an intermittent issue in the network, changing the location may fix the issue.
Kindly follow the below steps to change the location to a different server :
> Click Change on the main application screen
> Use the side menu to view all the servers in a specific continent, or servers that are optimized for streaming.
> Select a country. For countries that offer multiple cities, click the down arrow and select your preferred city.
> Click Change location to confirm the change.
>Your location now shows as the country and city that you selected.
Also, follow the below steps to enable the Avast mimic option for better performance.
Please open your Avast SecureLine VPN.
Go to Menu and click on Settings.
Check if you are able to see an VPN Protocol and check if you able to see a Avast Mimic option.
If yes, please select the Avast Mimic option and restart your computer and check if you are facing the same issue and please let us know the outcome. Thank you!
