I have found in the last fortnight that VPN, which i sinstalled on two devices, will not now start properly on one of them. When attempt to open it it begins, but aborts to a small blank (black) window and simply sits there. On one occasion I had a fleeting glimpse of the start-up window and managed to click on the start button, before the window aborted, and VPN engaged.
But otherwirse it cannot be started, or stopped if you do get it running.
