We recommend that you try connecting to one of the Streaming or Torrenting servers (preferably a server that's nearest to you) that are available in Secure VPN & check for the issue.
Also, please enable the Mimic VPN protocol in your AVG Secure VPN by following the below steps:
Open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Settings > Protocols > Select Mimic.
