VPN with sending e-mails and device compatibility

In reply to your request:
The VPN is AVG Secure VPN with:
License: [activation code removed]
order #:1644XXXXXX
purchase date: Jan-22-2020
Exp: Jan 22, 2022
It appears that the VPN servers are shared between AVG and Avast.
Previously I provided the IP address of the VPN server in order to facilitate and narrow your search, but it would be very convenient to verify the other servers in order to eliminate the problem from all locations.
I hope the provided info will clarify any doubts for you, so you will be able to resolve the problem I'm experiencing and you can improve the quality of the service offered.
Cordially,
F. Gómez

Hi F. Gomez.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
Could you clarify if it is AVG Secure VPN or Avast SecureLine that you are using?

Dear Sirs:
Lately I am experiencing that the e-mails sent when I have the VPN activated bounce back and are rejected by the receiving server as spam. The specific VPN used is USA-Atlanta with Avast IP address: 5.62.24.37 as reported by Ookla Speedtest. When the VPN is deactivated, the e-mails go through.
Additionally, I had to subscribe to a different VPN provider to be able to use my Amazon Firestick for the TV. I'm sad to see the quality, reliability and functionality problems of the AVG-VPN.
Please address these issues and contact me at your earliest convenience to the email: curuba00@netscape.net.
Cordially,
F.Gomez
