Please confirm which location you have selected in AVG Secure VPN. 
Please change the location in AVG Secure VPN and check if the issue persists. 
Open AVG Secure VPN > Click on change location at the bottom of AVG Secure VPN main user interface and choose different location and check if the issue persists.

Keep getting a pop up saying I’m offline.  How to fix? I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
