I have periodically contacted a local hardware store to order or review items. When my AVG VPN is on, the connection won't go through and it times out. When I turn the VPN off, I am able to connect to the site without any problems. I don't see anything in the SETTINGS area that would address this issue. Anyone have any ideas?
Thank you for writing back to us, Gerald.
We'd suggest you to contact the website support and check whether they restrict VPN access.
Keep us updated.

I did not take a screen shot of the error message, but here is what I copied from it:

Please note, that I just received an email from another tech support company (jhspecialty.com) that must be working for the hardware company. They said they removed a "ban" per my request. However, when I just tried to connect again to the hardware store, the connection timed out. So, I'm not sure if they have actually fixed the problem. I'll try again later and let you know the results.
Thank you for your info Midhun. I didn't mention in my original message that I had already tried changing my location in my VPN, but it didn't help. However, I decided to try it again to see if it made any difference. I had been using the Optimal Location, but changed to another location. Neither location worked, but both times now brought up an error message from a company named mocecom.com that appears to have ties with the hardware company (Do It Best) I was trying to reach. So, I've sent an email to them and advised them I was using a VPN connection thru AVG. It appears that the problem is on their end of things, so I will wait and see what kind of response I receive from them, and will advise you accordingly.
