VPN wont connect

We will help you sort it out. Please open AVG Secure VPN > My AVG > My Subscription and check if the expiry date shows as 4/30/2020.
I also request you to share a screenshot of the AVG Secure VPN error message to proceed further.

All of a sudden VPN won't connect--it keeps saying "technical problem" on the screen. Subscriptions are paid. Have tried restarting a few times--no response.

Have tried re downloading but AVG VPN would not install. In fact I tried a few times and now it’s disappeared altogether !!
Yes, I agree that expiry is as below—April 30 2020. Order Number—13598716972.
 
Please help to reinstall and get operational again.
