We are aware about this issue. However, we request you to change your DNS to google default DNS and check the status.
Please follow the below instruction to do it:
-Click Search, search for Control Panel, and then click Control Panel.
-Click Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
-Click Change adapter settings.
-Right-click the connection you use, and select Properties.
-Double-click the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item on the Networking tab.
-Select the radio button "Use the following DNS Server addresses".
-Enter the value 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
-Click OK to confirm the changes, and then close the window.
After that, please try to download AVG Secure VPN exe file. Keep us informed about the status.
