VPN won't stay connected and asking me to enter my card number again to buy it again

I'm about a month in with the 2 month trial.  I've had to have remote assistance 2 days ago because it kept saying that I was not protected but when trying to connect it would say I needed to buy it first.  For some reason this has happened several times since.  I have been able to get it going myself without help but this is so annoying.  This time I logged into AVG and had to download it once again.  I'm currently frustrated, I like the product but it keeps saying I'm not connected and a it's a chore to get it back.  Help please.

Debra, I am happy to hear that AVG Secure VPN working fine from this morning.

We cannot figure out the exact problem without collecting the log files.

If the issue persists, please contact our remote support we will collect error logs and send it to senior team for analysis.

I appreciate your reply although I was hoping you might give me a reason that I have to contact remote help every time I want it to work.  I'm seriously considering cancelling all my AVG products if this continues through today.  I spent at least 30 minutes yesterday trying to get it to work on my own.  The good news is that it did connect this morning.
