VPN won't turn on

Hello Gabriel,

I understand the inconvenience.
Press Windows and R keys together on keyboard to open RUN command.
In RUN window, type as "services.msc" without quotes and press Enter key.
In services window, search for "AVG Secure VPN" service, right click on it and select "Start" or "Restart".
Open AVG Secure VPN window and try to turn on the protection.
Keep us informed about the status.

Hello,
So, when i try to turn on the Secure VPN feature it says Loading for like 20 seconds and then the box closes and the button still shows OFF…?
