Hello everyone,
After updating my AVG Antivirus to version 24.5, I can no longer start the VR-Protect browser. There are no error messages from AVG, and VR-Protect doesn't show any indications – it simply doesn't start.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows a solution to this problem? I would be very grateful for any help!

We suggest you to disable AVG Internet Security and check whether you can access VR-Protect. Then, disable AVG components one by one and check the status.

Also, please confirm do you have any other AVG programs installed in your device like AVG Anti-track (or) AVG Secure VPN?

Thank you for the prompt response.
When I deactivate AVG Antivirus Free, VR-Protect starts without any issues.
VR-Protect only starts if the following protection functions are deactivated:
- File Shield
- Behavior Shield
- Ransomware Protection
I have not any other AVG programs installed in my device
