I am using AVG for my samsung Tablet and Norton 360 for my Laptop. I installed Chrome Remote Control in my tablet and also in my PC, in order to access my PC from the Samsung Tablet.
While using the Remote Control in my PC, my Norton 360 detected and removed a vulnerable program. However I didn't get any warning on my tab, from AVG. I noticed yesterday, some hacker used my tab's phone dialer to dial to his own mobile number. thus he got my mobile number for the Samsung Tab. Then he sent an SMS with some fraud message that I have some amount due on my Truworth card and so on, to my Samsung Tab.
Just wanted to indicate this vulnerability, so that AVG can take some step to prevent it.
