W95/cerebus infection remaining after scan

I uploaded the file to the ftp. GMER stopped scanning, so I had to make a copy what progress it had made.
what's the support email to let them know?

AVG Internet Security detected 16 infections and healed 8. I tried using "remove all unhealed" button. Didn't work. The infection is w95/cerebus. How do I completely remove it?

I'd like to ask you for the name of uploaded file as well as for more details about the detection - which files were detected? Are these files detected if you run scan today? Could you please send me screenshot of the detection window?
