£87.99 was deducted via paypal from my debit card for Internet Security I did not order. I made a refund request and got a reply saying refund due in 7-14 days. No refund since 27 Feb. I cant get hold of eanyone to talk to - AVG phone numbers on website are duds. Sent an email to support@avg.com today and got a response from AVANT to say they can't reply to my email. I see lots of other examples on community forum of this sort of thing. What's going on? How can I get this resolved?
