I have now called technical support several times. Each call wait was around 30 minutes at which point I was abruptly cut off. The repeated message was "due to unusually high call volumes your wait time could be more than 10 minutes". Clearly these call volumes are no longer unusual.
My question is, do you consider this a quality service?
