Please clarify what happens exatly while accessing those programs. Do you recieve any error message? If so, help us with the screenshot of it.
Meanwhile, please try restarting your computer once & check if it helps.

I have avg tuneup v 21.1 running under windows 10. I clicked on the WAKE action In the backgound & startup window but neither Adobe acrobat reader nor Nuance pdf converter are wakeing up from sleep mode. What should I do now??
