Thank you for your response, fortunately I found the deleted photos in the recycling bin, but still would like the refund of my money, because as I said before I will stay with WinOptimizer which I will buy. I already made the cancellation of my subscription in AVG MyAccount. Thank you.

I wanted to optimize my computer and it stayed in the scan and I had to restart, finally I never optimized the computer, in the end I used WinOptimizer and that program solved the problem. Another problem I had with Tune Up is that it said that some files were duplicated, but it was not like that, I deleted some photos thinking they were duplicated, I did not manage to erase so many because I realized, but I deleted some photos that I will never recover again. That's why I want my money back

On behalf of AVG, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with our AVG PC TuneUp product.
I knowledge your refund request for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.
However, if you wish we will connect with your computer remotely and we will optimize your computer. AVG Duplicate Finder should give the option to Keep/delete the oldest/newest copies. If you select all copies of the same file or folder, a warning message appears, asking you to confirm that you really want to remove them all. This is a safety measure ensuring that you don't
accidentally remove the original version. However, you can go to computer recycle bin and look for the deleted files.
