This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.
You have an active AVG Anti Virus license which is valid till 24th April 2017. Is this the license you would like to cancel auto renewal for?
I received an email regarding the price increase and do NOT want to renew my subscription (after years of using the free and 2 years of the paid)- because of short notice of the price change. My account shows I have no subscriptions therefore- no way to cancel. I'll use the free version- or choose different AV software. I'm not paying $50 a year- insane.

Yes that is the license- I'm not paying $50 a year for an AV that has become nothing but constant pop-ups to upgrade to other products— AND hasn't caught all threats.
