I want to cancel a free trial before I get billed but there is no cancellation option showing for the subscription. Sent request to AVG to call me and got case # but no response from AVG for 12 days. HELP!
Notify your bank of the transaction prior and tell them you don’t want it to go ahead. I wish I would have done this as I am waiting 6 months for a refund from AVG.
