On checking, the auto-renewal for AVG TuneUp subscription is already cancelled, you will not be charged for the subscription in the future.
I got the AVG Tuneup 60-Day Trial to test it out, but today I received an email saying that my trial is near an end and that they will start billing me for extended use on the 15th.
This is NOT going to happen. I only got the trial as a test; I never signed into it with the intention of continuing after the trial, and I never gave them a credit card to bill me with. I don't know what they're talking about, but I refuse to pay for anything I didn't sign in for.
I want to cancel my trial subscription now, before I'm billed for a 'continued plan'. But I can't find any means to do that in the program. What do I do?
