I purchased AVG Tune Up on Dec 17, 2019 but it does not show under my AVG Account and my given License Number is not being accepted for downloading.  I went thru technician for support/download, but system not working for "Restart" to download! 
 I was also recently notified that my Multi-device subscription for May 3, will be automatically charged against my credit card on April 18, 2020 for $199.99 for renewal.  Due to computer technical difficulties, I want to cancel this Auto renewal but am unable to reach any AVG team member via phone for support.  Advise please!
