Warnining that my license is no longer valid

I have an AVG internet security license with expiration date   08/31/2019
So, it should work until 08-31-2019, but I receive a message saying that my protection against hacker attacks, privacy and payments is no longer valid. I should buy  a new one for these functions. My computer, internet en email protection are still OK.
How come? How can I once again get full protection until 08/31/2019 as was ensured when I bought this product.
