(order #12670304138 effective October 16 2017) for an unlimited 1-year subscription for AVG Internet Security and that it has been successfully downloaded to my computer? A few minutes I endeavoured to renew my AVG coverage by providing my credit card details but I am not sure the process worked. Was the process completed (for basic coverage). After inserting my credit card number, I was asked to go to AVG site. I did and waited and waited and waited but to no avail. I finally closed the URL and came to this site for clarification.

It could be possible that the new subscription has not yet activated. I am sure you have followed our instructions carefully and I appreciate your efforts.
