We suggest you to unplug all the USB device like mouse, keyboard, printer etc from your computer and restart the computer. After the restart the computer will boot normally in your computer.

My PC starts the phases of the watch dog component when I turn it on. How many phases are there and how long does it take? Is there any way to cancel it? I can't use my PC when this happens.
