We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Could you try to boot your PC to safe mode ( http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode ) or any other system repair tools and try to uninstall AVG from there? Or please try to use the AVG rescue CD as described in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Disabling-AVG-when-Windows-cannot-start .
