Watch Dog Initialization

Hello Kristine,
We are sorry to hear that. To fix this issue, we suggest you to remove the wired mouse or any other USB device from your computer and then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and check if that fix the issue.
Thank you

Hi, I read through some postings about computers not booting up and the issue being with Logitech drivers and AVG.  My computer booted up this morning and everything seemed fine.  I was already connected to the internet.  Then the screen went black and now I'm getting this Watch Dog Initialization and application WTU has no version attribute.
I tried unplugging all the devices (even though none were Logitech) but I have not been able to get beyond this page.
Can you help?
Thanks, Kristi
