Watch Dog Initialization

Hello Akbar,
We are sorry to hear that. Please try to boot your PC in safe mode and check whether you could login into your PC. Please follow the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode to reboot your PC in safe mode.
Thank you.

Yes Sir, downloaded AVG removal tool run it in safe mode, uninstall the AVG. Reboot the computer and still the same thing appeared. again boot the windows in safe mode check the registry to make sure nothing left from AVG , checked out drive c and search for any remained AVG file but pretty sure nothing left and drive is clean from AVG. Run the rescue disk on my computer and then computer rebooted without appearing this screen but as soon as installed back the AVG cloud care and reboot the computer the screen pops up again.
Do you think AVG is not compatible with Widows 10 any more ?

Thanks,
AK

I performed step by step instructions provide by AVG support. But still the same page pops up.

Starting Watch dog initialization :
loading config… (roots krnl, setup)

,

Starting external Subsystems…
Finished.

Hello Akbar,
Thank you for the detailed information. It seems that some of the AVG file is conflicting with the recent Windows 10 update. May I know if you have this issue having installing AVG Cloud Care or have you installed any other AVG AntiVirus program?
Thank you
