I have a Windows 10 (version 1607) 64-bit system. I have your Internet Security version 16.111.7797 installed. I have a Logitech USB keyboard and mouse, which are both connected to my PC with a USB Receiver. When I restart my PC, it gets stuck on "Starting Watch Dog initialization" screen. The PC restarts normally when I remove the USB Receiver. Please look at the link below for a screenshot.

I just checked the article at the link you provided me. So basically you are asking me to re-install the operating system? I told you when I removed your program, Windows booted normally. I have tried this 3 times. Have you checked that article yourself? Hundreds of people have reported this issue there.

Look at this snapshot.
