Hello guys,
So I was trying to update my graphic card drivers, and all out of the sudden Windows crashed. i had to manually turn it off and got a phase 0 and phase 1 message in a black screen. My pc (an Asus x555dg) won't go past the screen and it is completely unresponsive to trying to go into safety mode or even restarting itself. Can you please help me?
