Hello,
So I see this problem on other forums and have read what everyone suggests to do. However, I have two problems. My first being that pressing the F8 key or escape key do nothing. My screen remains the same I don't get an option to restart in safe mode at all. Turning it off takes me back to the same screen after about 10 minutes. My second problem is that i have no cd port on my lenovo flex so I don't know how I'm going to fix this when I do get it in safe mode. Problem three, this is the only computer in my household and I have no way to do my work or solve this problem but from my phone. Someone please HELP because I have so many deadlines and dates that I need to submit documents contained solely on the computer.
