I received the 'starting watchdog initiation' on my computer a while back.
I have not bee able to use my laptop for quite some time.
I've tried turning if off and back on 3X but it will not boot to safe mode.
Looking for assistance/instruction to fix this frustrating and annoying problem.

Have you connected any external devices to your laptop through USB port?
