The Computer Shop has installed McAfee.

I'm having to reinstall a lot of programs as Window 8.1 was corrupted and my PC had to be reset.
AVG was wiped off. I have successfully reinstalled PC TuneUp but have not been able to re-install Internt Security. I have tried to do it twice now and both times received this error.
"Waiting for Watchdog service start failed."
Security Error
Error Code: 0xC0070643
Error message: General internal error
Additional message: MSI Engine: Failed to install this product
AVGMSI_Error 27007

What must I do to solve the problem?

Thank you for informing that. Have you completely removed McAfee? If not please remove it completely and then install AVG program you won't be getting this error. Thank you.
