Hello Russ. Thank you for your time to communicate with AVG and I apologize for the delayed response. My name is Shawn and I am writing to you on behalf of the AVG Senior Support team.

Specific to your concern, to view HD in Amazon Prime when using AVG Secure Browser, this is a known disruption that is actively being investigated by our development team.

Unfortunately, I do not have a known ETA of when this disruption will be resolved. But to be assured we are aware of this disruption, and actively working on a resolution.

Your time, effort and continued patience, is much appreciated. Regards, Shawn

Thank you for the information.

We would like to escalate the case to our senior team and investigate the issue further.

However, could you mention the version of the AVG Secure Browser in order to make sure you have the updated version.

Keep us posted.

Im unable to stream a movie in Amazon Prime in High Definition using AVG browser, it keep giving me the following pop up message;

Your browser does not support high definition playback due to content restrictions, Please update your browser for the best Prime Video experience.

The browser is up to date as far as I can see and this message does not appear when Im using Google Chrome.

Any ideas?

Russel
